RHR Information Services, Inc. was founded in June 1994.

At that time the internet was not a pervasive tool utilized by the industry, and RHR subsequently developed a proprietary non-internet based software package that revolutionized the screening process and improved turnaround times dramatically.

In December, 2001 RHR began developing additional products to serve the screening industry. During this phase, extensive technology was created to develop our web-based system and exclusive Status Reports that provide real-time access to the progress on pending requests in order to assist our clients in providing better customer service to their applicants. We also developed our Demographic Profiles of their applicant pool.

In January, 2003 RHR introduced its two primary divisions: SelectRent residential screening and SelectSmart pre-employment screening. At the same time several exclusive technology based products were developed including SelectScore statistical modeling with leasing recommendation, Stop-Sign criteria coding, Quick-Scan driver's license scanning, and much more.

Today RHR continues to re-invest into researching and developing new technologies that will further separate our products from the rest of the traditional screening agencies of today. We are presently expanding our national database search partners, and, applicant driven applications, and much more. With a continuing investment in technology, RHR is able to provide flexibility and services to service virtually any unique need suggested by our clients.
